About

Tulsa has an eviction problem. Poverty, rent costs, and lack of access are the most common distinctions between eviction risk levels. At the neighborhood level, the most common variables in classifying eviction risk were the percentage of households with no motor vehicle, the percentage of families living below the poverty line, and median rent costs. Other variables, such as the percentage of non-white population, also occurred frequently.
