INTAKE PROCEDURE
Appear at the court house in room 112.

Must be facing misdemeanor charges and must be adult age 18 years of age or older.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
Must provide photo ID/driver's license.

SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Offers felony diversion programs for drug court, veteran's treatment court, DUI, and mental health court. Veteran and mental health court will consider certain misdemeanor charges.
